1) Tell us a little about you and what you do!

This all began when I was 3 years old. My paternal grandmother would appear to me in Spirit form. Yes, like she was literally standing in front of me in the room! It was not something I could really prove to anyone, but it was nevertheless so special to me. This ability I have went through peaks and valley’s growing up. It wasn’t until after the age of 18 when I started to really believe this was an ability that no one in my life seemed to express quite like me. Fast forward to today: I love my life. I get to do what I love for a living. I am a modern mystic, as I like to refer to myself. This means I have a lot of the spiritual/mystical abilities, but also trying to utilize those unique abilities to help with the current needs and wants of today’s society. My passion is to demonstrate mediumship for large audiences, anywhere around the world. That is my number one “love.” I do love providing Psychic, Medium, and Astrology readings. I also love teaching and mentoring Intuitives, Mediums and those wanting to learn Astrology. I have a very direct and honest approach to the work I do. I also work hard to educate society about this type of work because the more progess we can make, the more it will allow for even further evolution in our work. Another objective I have is to promote ethics with those Mediums I am fortunate enough to teach. Our abilities should be to help people, not give them ALL the answers or to cheat life. It is an absolute honor to be of service to the world using my unique abilities to be of some help and inspiration in whatever way I can.  

2) What’s the moment you knew that you’d be doing mediumship for a career?

 I remember that day so vividly. I first began my professional work as a psychic reader back in 2002. But during that time, there weren’t many opportunities available for me to use my abilities to financially support myself. So, I continued to work a variety of different jobs, and obtained a couple different college degrees. I very rarely used my ability for many, many years. I eventually was given an opportunity to work professionally again in 2011. However, the timing wasn’t right. I worked in so many fields; the corporate world, sales, transportation, manufacturing… you name it. I eventually started a career in Psychology, while simultaneously working as a Medium on my days off. One day I woke up, and my Spirit spoke to me. I just knew it was my time to end my brief Psychology career and focus 100% on my mediumship career. It was a strong “knowing.” When you know, you just “know.” I am very grateful to be able to do this full time as my career.   

3) What’s a tip you have for people for manifesting something they desire?

My recommendation is to ask for “Divine Intervention” instead of trying to manifest a specific thing. Nothing wrong with wanting specific things. However, even though you may think you know what would make you happy, your Spirit may have an even greater “knowing.” You can manifest just about anything, don’t get me wrong. But after studying all Mystics throughout history, in different parts of the world, their are those that “tried to do,” and those that “listened” and “received.” I would just encourage anyone out there to get quiet with themselves first, and see what your spirit wants. Let that guide you. If you can do that, you will be witness to, and receive thing’s, that your human mind never could have dreamed of.   

4) What’s something about astrology people don’t really know?

So much, lol. I will mention just a few. The first misconception is the topic of “Sun Sign Astrology.” Most people see horoscopes in print, in a newspaper or magazine. Today, so many people are making videos as well. Most people I meet will say “I don’t believe in Astrology, the horoscope I read is never right.” Sun sign horoscopes is just a way to get people familiar with astrology. It certainly won’t provide ALL the unique insights about you. That is number one misconception out there. It is just a starting point and introduction. Having said that, astrology is whatever the Astrologer perceives it to be based on their level of consciousness. It has been used since the beginning of time, everywhere around the world. Mediums, aka Mystics, were the ones that channeled astrology in ancient times. You can find just about anything in astrology. Someone may have their birth (natal) chart read, and it might detail almost everything in their life including career, relationships and so on. That being said, another misconception is that astrology “should” tell someone the exact answers they want, need or demand. Astrology is very flexible, mysterious and subtle. It is both art and science. It is called an “occult” study, meaning, “secrets.” So depending upon both the Astrologer and the person being read, it isn’t an all knowing resource. Astrologers are human, which means they aren’t perfect. Therefore, Astrology isn’t perfect, nor should it be to solve all our problems. Astrology as well as any psychic or medium reading sole function is NOT to “predict” life. While predictions happen all the time, it isn’t the true purpose of the insight. If you are getting readings just for predictions, you will eventually be disappointed. It is a guide and tool to help us, sometimes in very profound, deep and obvious way. While other times, it can be subtle. Either way, it is such a fascinating tool that requires more than a lifetime to study. Although astrology and mediumship isn’t for everyone, I think everyone should get an astrology and mediumship reading at least once in their life “if” they truly are open to it. Forever a student, Astrologers are.   

5) Can you tell immediately when you meet someone if they have abilities? 

Most of the time, yes! One of my favorite abilities is to be able to sense not only that someone has psychic, mediumistic or healing abilities, but furthermore, what are the unique ways it has expressed itself in that person’s life. Years ago, mediums would read people first before they became students so they would know how they could be of some help to that potential student. Most teachers don’t do this anymore, which is very unfortunate. I don’t have to sit face to face with a potential student to have insight about their abilities either! It takes usually just a fraction of a second to know all I need to know in this regard, even if we don’t meet. I love having that type of insight. It is an absolute joy to meet new mediums, psychics and healers.  

6) What was it like being on VH1 Black Ink Crew? 

I am so grateful to have the opportunity to be on television! It was so much fun working with a television crew. But, I am even more grateful that they were extremely respectful towards me. It was a “double blind” reading, meaning, the person I read didn’t know anything about me, and likewise, I didn’t know anything about them. It was a wonderful experience overall, and I felt they were fair in every step of the process. I will never forget it. To demonstrate mediumship on television that has millions of viewers worldwide in a way that is honest is everything I have worked for my whole career. If you work hard and never give up, anything is possible.  

7) What type of growth are we going through right now as a collective? 

One insight about the present times is that changes often come from unexpected events. Another is that life and the spiritual path is one of duality. We are seeing challenges on a global level, as well as in our personal lives. The duality of life and the spiritual path is that suffering and compassion are one. Without suffering, we don’t experience compassion. So many times modern day spiritual people will want to focus solely on one or the other. But the key is balance. We are at a crossroads because we still haven’t made important decisions that will lead to our next step in our evolution as a collective. Many spiritual people have been on their path without understanding how important it is to be a humanitarian. That to me is essential, but I don’t see it enough within the spiritual community. And as a result, we are not united nor expressing our true potentials as a collective. 2020 is an opportunity, but it requires free will. We really do have to make bold choices and decisions. Either we choose to work towards changes that serve in our highest good, or we don’t. I have faith us that we will choose wisely.

First of all, I’d like to thank you Raven for taking the time to interview me. This has been such a fun experience and I hope those who cross this page, know there was a purpose.  

1) Tell us a little about you and what you do!

Hello everyone. I am psychic detective Wendy Kay who’s souls mission that I came here to do is to be the voice for the departed and to help bring them justice when they cannot be heard. I also work as a bridge as a medium to bring peace and comfort to the family members and loved one’s during such a hard emotional time.

2) What’s one of your favorite moments being a Medium?

One of my most favorite moments of being a Medium and doing a reading is when I was servicing a young female color client (I do hair as well) and her mother. My clients mother was Jewish (this part I didn’t know at the time) and from the East Coast. I felt the grandmothers spirit coming through strong, meaning personality.  She kept repeating as to what I understood it as (now being a very white female) “meatballs, meatballs, meatballs.” She was holding her first three fingers and waving them around with great passion. I could tell this women was short, had dark hair and was a very strong women, that when she spoke her family listened. So I relayed what she was saying, well I assumed she was Italian you know they like their meatballs. But my client looked at me with confusion. She then said “ohhhhh you mean Matzah Balls…..” Oh okay um sure, what the heck are those? She proceeded to explain what they were, and to let me know her mother was NOT Italian, but Jewish. Then, as I was washing my clients daughters hair out, which was golden blonde, real pretty. Her grandmother came back yet again and started showing me this picture of a long braid almost like Rapunzel’s hair ( I think this women in Spirit got tired of speaking to me because I wasn’t understanding). She showed me that she was braiding her granddaughters hair, or at least thats what I assumed (its hard playing a game of sharrades with the dead). So I asked my client if her “Grandmother used to comb and play with your hair, turning it into braids?” She said, “No not really, actually never.” So, i just explained what it was I was seeing and I kept saying “she’s showing me braids and golden hair .” Yet again, I get the look of “what are you talking about.” Soon her mother jumps up and screams “CHALLAH”. This is a braided bread thats very commonly made in the Jewish cuisine, usually eaten on ceremonial occasions. So it just goes to show, that Spirit from all different race, religion and background will find a way to communicate. And this white girl can and will get any messages out even if she thinks an Italian women is saying “meatballs”:)

3) Do you have one clair that’s stronger than another?

I actually have been blessed in the ability of  using all the Clair’s both during a reading and detective work. Not a lot of us (medium’s) have the ability to do so, so I am glad to be able to. So, here’s a list for those who aren’t aware of what they are and what they do.

4) How do you deal with people not accepting of your abilities?

Oh goodness how I deal with people not accepting my abilities. You know, it’s that I’ve come to this point in my life that I don’t feel I have to prove anything to anyone. If you believe in the higher power, then you vibe with me. If you are still finding what it is you believe in then my answer to you is this…”keep going”. I feel as a psychic, I am able to meet people where they are at. To have that grace and compassion and to be free of judgment. I’ve been on my own healing and spiritual journey myself and what I’ve found that is most people just want to be loved and accepted. So, that’s what I will continue to do, and continue spreading my light.

5) I know you like doing detective work, what’s the reasoning behind that?

Ohhhhhhh, man you hit the money question. I absolutely love doing psychic detective work. The reason being is. I want to bring justice to those who have departed, but also bring comfort and compassion to their loved ones who are still here on earth moving on a day to day and trying to go back to normalcy. Being an empath, meaning I can feel others deep feelings, I am able to reach deep into the loved ones emotions and feel what they are going through. It’s a blessing and a curse. But I’m happy to be of service to those who are going through a very difficult and emotional time. All someone would want is to be able to be relatable and get what it is they’re going through on a deeper level. Not everyone has compassion and empathy and to be able to feel as deep all while being of service. It’s a balancing act that I sometimes can get knocked off energetically. But once I focus on love and service, all falls into place.

6) Is there a specific angel or being you work with on a consistent basis?

You know, I have a huge team of spiritual beings. It ranges from Archangels, Angels, Guides, my Grandmother, Spirit Animals which are; Tiger, 4 Dragons, Lion, Wolf, Black Panther, Eagle, Hawk and the list will go on as I grow and ascend. If you wanna know my favorite guides to work with those would be my dragons for sure. Such powerful creatures. I think because I use all my Clair’s during a mediumship reading or working on a psychic detective case, I need a BIG team. I may be a lot to handle haha!!

7)  How do you deal with lots of energy around you?

How I handle lots of energy around me is; clear, clear, clear and more clearing. Meaning, I am constantly grounding myself into the earth like roots from a tree. Or sometimes I stick my mermaid fin in water and it clears me. When I am in public places with a lot of different energy, and I start feeling anxious, I start my process in my mind and imagine being surrounded in white light, like my own little bubble. I know for me attending places in large groups, malls, restaurants, concerts and even some friends, I just can’t handle being around for hours on end. It’s a very short lived amount of time. But, I don’t find it annoying or obnoxious that  I cannot sustain long interactions. I’m both introvert and extrovert. I’m okay being alone because I’m not lonely. People don’t know the difference and those that do…you’re a keeper.

8) Do you use any tools or do any rituals in your work?

 The only tools I guess I use during my mediumship work would be a guided grounding meditation to connect to Source and then I call in my ‘Team” refer to question 6, and boom I’m connected and ready to go. I also do Reiki which is healing energy work, and I use crystals and oils during my services. When doing psychic detective cases I have to ‘set’ a time to connect with the one whom has departed. I also work with another spiritual healer , where she then takes me on a hypnotic trance to connect to such spirit and then I am shown bits and pieces to the puzzle that can help the detectives solve the case. My part is to collect data, not to solve the case. I’ll leave that up to the detectives. But I love helping and being of service.

9) Who’s a medium in the field you really admire?

Oh goodness, I’m gonna narrow it down to 3. 

I absolutely love, and had a huge opportunity to work with world-renowned medium and clairvoyant Lisa Williams. Such a beautiful soul who really helped me anchor in my psychic detective abilities while taking one of her many in-person courses.

Teresa Caputo. Now she is just phenomenal and such a medium icon. Her gifts are reaching  so many souls globally. Every medium can learn from her I feel. Or maybe just to know that  the“higher the hair, the closer to God!” LOL 

 Kim Russo. “The Happy Medium.” I think what drew me to her is the wide variety of gifts she offers this world, like me. Ranging from helping psychic kids, paranormal activity and celebrity ghost encounters. I love that her passion is truly using her souls purpose to share her God given gifts to the world and truly being Of Service. The best place to do your souls work is through the heart.

Tell us a little about you and what you do!

Well, I do a lot. Since I was a small girl I’ve communicated with Spirit. Through
the years I’ve devoted myself to creating a personal relationship with my “Unseen Support Team”, God, my Guardian Angels, my Spirit Guides, the Masters and several Archangels. 

For me diversity is the key, that’s the reason that I was selected to take part on the TV show “America’s Psychic Challenge”.I feel that I won that competitive Reality TV show because I’ve trained myself to be close to God and be diverse in my supernatural gifts. I do more than just talk to departed loved ones.

Daily in my readings I counsel my clients about problems in their day-to-day lives and their business solutions, I’m a medical-medium and I use X-ray-like vision
to see inside the body to give insights into health issues, I work as a Psychic Detective to help unravel murder mysteries and I love doing Past Life Readings by accessing the Akashic Records to assist my clients in overcoming issues that have bled-through
from another lifetime. The most joy and satisfaction I get is from helping children with their issues and I’m able to communicate telepathically with animals too.

Since 1999 I have written six spiritual books and blogged channeled predictions on
my website. In 2007 Spirit began to mention a plague, which was repeated in their messages and for humanity to get ready to be self-sufficient have your pantry stocked, have food, water and a generator when it’s possible. Channeled warnings are usually not the best news although it’s better to listen and to be prepared. Most recently, I’ve started a Patreon page giving forecasts on Cryptocurrency and Spiritual Insights into world events. You’ll find that  I still lecture and do Radio and TV appearances too. 

What’s a misconception about psychic mediums & how do you deal with that?

Today so many people want to be a professional psychic medium. The frauds and the
cold-readers make authentic Mediums work that much harder. It’s disheartening that people believe that they can just turn over a few tarot cards and give a reading – that’s ego. Being of service and channeling information from the highest source is much more difficult than that. It may look easy on TV, but gifted medium’s like myself refines his or her craft with years of daily devotion-through prayer (talking to God) and meditation (listening to spirt). You have to fine-tune your intuition in order to glean detailed information and facts to relay to a client. This spiritual devotion is how you train yourself to expand and diversify your gifts. 

I love your Metatron prayer! What’s one of your favorite things about working with him? 

The Metatron Prayer is very special. The archangel Metatron gave this prayer to me as a powerful prayer of abundance and protection. The prayer provides protection physically, spiritually, mentally, emotionally. It is a three-dimensional prayer of spheres that encircle the body which represent shield of protection to safeguard you from negative energy. It’s truly transformative. 

I’m blessed to work with Archangel Metatron. He mastered his Earthly incarnation in one lifetime which is unheard of. And so God made him the highest archangel, he sits next to God and scribes for him. Metatron is the highest rank of all the archangels and I was humbled when he gave me the prayer from the top, meaning the God-head and you can’ get any better information than that. This is a prayer to help you through these difficult times that’s why I asked if I could share it so that others would be able to do this prayer. I want everyone to be protected and abundant and also to be spiritually woke. When this prayer is used on a daily basis it will help you to come into a “state of grace”, a place of unconditional love. The world needs more of that! 

What’s a tip for people to help them illuminate their light and spread happiness?

First by taking accountability for all their actions or lack of actions. Keeping their body, their temple, God-like and clean and their house in order;
to spread the light of unconditional love you have to hold that energy. By utilizing the tools of prayer and meditation you can do that. In prayer, you’re talking to God like you would your best friend. In Meditation, you’re listening. They both raise your
vibration, so it’s a win-win. This as a daily devotion is the strongest connection or tool that we have with Spirit. It keeps you in touch and keeps you in a loving vibration of grace versus ego and the duality of negativity. This is how to develop your gifts, by being attuned to the highest frequency-the Godhead. The higher your natural vibration, the more love and light you emit. Right now we need all Lightworkers up and activated!

Do you have a favorite alien race you connect with and why?

The Blondes are my favorite race of Celestial Beings. Calling them Aliens is kind of a derogatory slang term, they prefer that we call them StarBeings.
The Blondes are my favorite because they are the most evolved and most powerful beings that I’ve ever come across. They are really tall, with blonde hair, translucent bodies, a peaceful race with a very intense energy. It would be difficult for most humans
to be in their presence because their energy is overwhelming intense, it makes you tremble. They communicate telepathically and they have a knowing. They can read your mind and your heart. You cannot deceive them. So they only work with humans that can converse telepathically, who are loving, pure of heart and spiritually evolved.  

Their purpose is to protect different planets from destruction and to protect certain souls and soul clans that are evolved from be targeted. It’s their job to make sure that it’s not mayhem and chaos on Earth unless God ordains it. They are watching Earth now. Humans can’t just reach out to connect with them, it doesn’t work that way, these Starbeings choose you. 

Where is one place in the world you would consider magical and sacred?

Ireland is my favorite place in the world. It’s spiritual, it’s sacred and magic still exists there. Farming and real care for the land still exists
there. The people are very kind. It’s a special place when you touch the ground you feel like you’re in a different place and time. It feels like you’re in a God-like place almost, like the first level of heaven that’s called paradise. People are kind, the
land is good. They don’t have much violence. They don’t have too much darkness there. There are castles that are still lived in and many sacred ancient sites too. It’s very light. The fairy kingdom is very active and they make themselves known. They’re very visible and they interact. The older Irish, they still put out little things for them, it’s a way of honoring all of the little people. 

Who’s been a great mentor that has inspired you over the years?

God is my best friend. That is who I can always depend on. Just know that God has never stopped talking to mankind – but many have not taken the time to listen. 

Who is carrying a bright light right now, anyone in the public eye?

Most of the popular light workers are teachers, passing a long what they have learned. The only ones carrying that bright light and still up and
making progress is someone like me.  We need more advanced souls doing the work. I’m not coming from ego, it’s just that souls like me, we work a double shift. I work conducting readings to help one soul at a time. I write spiritual information, I keep doing
world prediction updates since 1999 – to help everyone prepare spiritually, mentally and physically so that they can be ready for the shift - - which is here upon us. Then at night I’m out-of-body working between dimensions too. We need more highly
evolved souls to anchor the light to the Earth. There is a battle of Light vs Dark right now, hence the dilemma that we’re in. 

What do you use for protection when doing this work? 

I use the Metatron Prayer of Protection and Abundance to shield up daily in prayer.
The best thing that you can do for yourself each day is to shield up in prayer. I pray and then I mediate to listen for guidance. Also I keep something
on my person, whether that’s a cross, an evil eye, a dove or certain stones that are used for protection. With me it’s mainly crosses, you’ll never find me without a cross, very rarely. I prefer the four directional crosses. You’ll never see me with a crucifix,
it’s too depressing; Jesus wants us to spread unconditional love as he did. When I look at the crucifix it reminds of the darkness and the horrible acts that were committed upon Jesus, the brightest light that came to Earth. I have a personal relationship
with Jesus and he never shows himself on the cross suffering like that.

For protection, I also have some major crystals in my home and on my desk to help
generate natural positive energy.  A good friend just gifted me with a huge labradorite which is an illumination stone. I love black obsidian, rainbow obsidian and black Tourmaline which are my favorite crystals for protection. Black
tourmaline is for grounding and keeping negative energy at bay.

Then I also like Sea Salt for protection.  I can’t go without salt. You can get big
chunks of Pink Himalayan rock salt and put in the four corners of your bedroom or around your bed.  It keeps negativity away as you rest and sleep. 

Everyone might want to consider clearing and blessing your home more frequently. Especially if you have a lot of people visiting because guests that come in, they can leave residue of their energy when leave. No one needs negative energy hanging around.
